The “refer a friend” feature allows your visitors to send your listings via e-mail to friends and relatives. This is great way to generate more traffic to your website and collect contact information for your visitors at the same time. When a visitor uses this feature the e-mail address and names of the “referrer” and the “referee” are stored in your contact manager and sent to you via e-mail and/or cell phone. This is just another great example of a non-intrusive tool used to collect your visitors contact information. With the contact information collected you can follow-up and make sure that your visitors found the information that they were searching for.
