RapidListings development team has developed and implemented proven tools to help you turn your website traffic into viable leads. The “email collector” is a feature that you can turn “off” or “on”. When turned “on” it will require your visitors to input their contact information before being able to view your IDX/MLS feed.
As with most all of the features through our system, agents can choose whether they want to turn this option off or on. With OUR IDX solution implemented it is suggested that this collector be kept OFF. In cases where your local IDX solution is not Lead Generating, it is suggested that this option be turned ON. When the information is filled out and submitted your visitor will receive full access to the MLS listings on your website. Be sure to follow up promptly with new leads that are sent instantly to your e-mail and cell phone. |
